Flooded a dozen basements along woodstock street residents tell action news that the problem is yet to be fixed and they are not getting any answers from the city. David henry is live in south philadelphia with more. Reporter yes hi they had a major water main break on this block two weeks ago and now they are ripping up the streets again with a new leak and once again residents have no water except in their basements. We got water in the basement again and the backhoe was here and when the backhoe had left that is when we lost pressure and our basement started to get flooded again. Its frustrating for the residents of south would stock street, they got flooded out and lost water during 4th of july week. We spent the day repairing the water main and then a week later more issues were occurring be they came back out and allegedly fix tropical disturbance at that point. Peoples adjust we use a model like the ftc. I think there is good work the fcc can do. I think it does its best work when it focuses narrowly on this law and is and try to get outside the bounds and try to be creative. The jobs that Congress Asks of it, that is plenty of work. In terms of what congress may contemplate in the bigger ticket universe, im not sure i know in terms of what is the best mechanism. We have some really good hard working people at the fcc and i really respect the work they do. I dont always agree with their outcomes. I wish there was more giveandtake and they were more susceptible to ideas. I think the tab i think the staff does a hard job with the tasks ahead. Inspectors are going to be going into iran as a consequence of this agreement, and those inspectors are going to be given 247 access to declared facilities. So if iran suddenly starts to enrich more which we will know all of the bells and whistles will go off, the International Community will be all over that.
