Now, the plan is that these dogs are going to try to treat this Mountain Lion. Theyre going to take a sample of that Mountain Lion after they shoot it with a tranquilizer gun. They will match that dna sample with a dna sample taken from the sixyearold girls wound. If there is a match, the department of fish and wildlife will make the call on what too do on that Mountain Lion. If it is the wrong one, it will be released several days later. As of january 13, our overall crimes are down 21 year to date. And i just want to remind everybody we are very early in the year, so these percentages usually change pretty drastically through the year. With that our total property crimes are down 23 . Weve continued to have fewer reported incidents in all categories, with the exception of arson which has increased 22 year to date. Our burglaries are down 31 and our auto burglaries are down 21 when compared to 2019. When compared to year 2017, were down 38 . Our total Violent Crimes are down. Specifically drivewaysing homicides, we had no homicides this past week, and a total of one for 2019. That represents a 2

And so were going to go ahead and go through our regular, um the items that we were planning to cover today, which is our directors report. We will have a report on the budget and then we will have, um , a presentation on the which is an overview of the homelessness response system just to set the framework for everyone. In the ensuing months, we will we have worked with the commission to set up some presentations for all of you and for the public so that you can start to understand the various interventions and various pieces of our homelessness response system in San Francisco and how they all fit tog
