lots of young people have relatives with alzheimer s and it can be frightening at first, i believe that young people have a part to play and i know that having an active role in my grandma s care makes both of us feel better. now that was really powerful, wasn t it. our next report is from 12 year old kiran, who s from stonehaven in scotland. kiran chose to report on how her community centre is helping local people during the cost of living crisis. hi, i m kiran and i m a bbc young reporter. i am here in the haven community larder in stonehaven. the haven began life as a well being space but when the pandemic started it couldn t be used for yoga and other activities. helpers realised that people in the community with struggling with supporting their families. they wanted to help in some ways and so they set up the community larder, stocked the shelves with food and invited people to donate
