We studied the sizes of the shops from how many different the range of the sizes of the shops, how many were on each block, what is the difference between a corner store with a restaurant and a midblock shop, and we looked to emulate these features that were really consistent across the city in mission rock, which we believe will be the main street of mission bay. We actually went so far as to introduce an entirely different chapter of our controls.
