For medicare paying for any Services Provided behind bars. Thst also a statutory provision that if youre on parole or probation, you cannot receive medicare benefit. On the medicaid side, theres something known as the inmate exception, which goes back again to the original finding of medicaid, which states if youre an inmate of a Public Institution as the exact statutory language, you cannot receive medicaid benefits at all.
