Lambertville to vote on borrowing $3.77M to fund Closson property purchase Updated Apr 20, 2021; Facebook Share Lambertville will vote on a $3.77 million bond ordinance on Thursday evening to fund the acquisition and improvement of a community landmark the city agreed to purchase in December at a cost of close to $3 million. Over the past several months, the city has been working with the public and its Community Advisory Team, assembled to address the city’s redevelopment plan proposed earlier this year, to discuss interest uses for the property including as a potential site for community gardens, artist studio spaces, and as a new location for the city’s police department.
