In a separate interview, Igisomar thanked Governor Torres and Lt. Gov. Arnold I. Palacios for the nomination.
He said he was excited, happy, and willing to serve the administration and the community if confirmed by the Senate.
Moreover, he said, he cannot wait to contribute, to expand, and carry on the vision of former DPL Secretary Marianne Concepcion-Teregeyo.
Concepcion-Teregeyo now heads the Infrastructure and Recovery Office, which the governor said will focus on procurement, permitting and construction management/engineering for infrastructure and recovery projects.
âIâm hoping to match her legacy, and contribute my skills and expertise to serve the administration and the community,â Igisomar said, referring to his predecessor.
