TUSCOLA COUNTY Some of the recent business development in Tuscola County’s Indianfields Township is being challenged with legal action.

The issue centers on SCMCCI, which is the agency Tuscola County Commissioners hired to handle building codes in the county, and with Indianfields Township allegedly allowing improper business development around the airport in violation of the county s airport ordinance.
