For those in controls, we left the fullservice restaurant the same, but permitted limited restaurants without alcohol, through most of the city and obtained existing prohibition on neighboring retail and commercial districts through that. Legislation that was supported unanimously by the board and signed by the mayor last week. It included a number of code changes that will have real em packets for the food and beverage impacts for the food and beverage business. A lot of them came directly from the one of on one work with restaurants. There remains opportunities for improvement, which well discuss today and this program will be a good lens to watch that. Finally, looking ahead, we want to continue to expand our outreach. Were serving a large number of businesses but want to make sure that every restaurant knows its available to them. Were also thinking about how to increase capacity. The budget and legislative Analyst Report prepared at the request of supervisor mandelman on the castro areas, looking at store front vacancies, is a tool. But one thing that pops up in my mind is the proximity to bart and the fact that for planning purposes, we should be densifying near the bart stations. And proximity to bart is putting me over the fence on this one. It wouldnt be the end of the world if it was continued, but im supporting the project asis.
