especially those murders in kacalpuco has to be concern because so much of the economy relies on tourism. gregg: thanks very much. heather: fox news alert, f.b.i. a joint terrorism tax force now naming a suspect in the bombing attempt of a colorado mall near columbine high school. 65-year-old earl albert moore is the prime suspect at a bombing attempt at colorado mall. he is the focus of a nationwide manhunt. they say he has an extensive criminal history but they didn t give any more details. they found two propane tanks near a food court at the mall, after a small fire broke out. small was evacuated and no one was hurt. gregg: she s been hospitalized since a deadly

the judge in the case is also expected to decide whether or not lohan violated her probation for a 2007 drunken driving conviction by being charged with the theft. she decided last month to not take the plea deal and to fight the grand theft charge. and now police are asking for help to locate a man who is caught on footage in a failed bombing attempt. it happened in littleton, colorado, mall, which is less than two miles from the columbine high school which was the site of a shooting 14 years ago. a search turned up two propane tanks and a pipe bomb. and now investigators are looking for more remains at oyster bay in new york. two teeth that appear to be human were found near the area today. the remainings of four women were discovered in that same area in december.
