The other sparked a kipling Village Apartments on october 21st. The third fire happened at American Hotel on october 28 and 1 in the morning on halloween, they say there was interstate inn. Theyre saying its arson. Police say theyre looking for and shooting that happened on 53rd avenue. Theyre looking for two car description as black mustang and a mercury.
