Defence and Security Council holds session

At today s session, the Defence and Security Council, at the suggestion of the Minister of Defence, promoted Colonel Milutin Đurović to the rank of Brigadier General and appointed him Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Montenegro. Colonel Željko Radulović has been appointed Deputy Chief of General Staff. The former Chief of the General Staff, Major General Dragutin Dakić, was relieved of his duties due to fulfilling the conditions for retirement.
