Reporter there are lots of pedestrians, a lot of activity in this very busy part of downtown san josement we know that one man was shot around 10 30 tonight. He was rushed to the hospital. We are told it happened right behind me in this parking lot. It is currently roped off right now by police. They have been interviewing several witnesses in the last hour. You can imagine a lot of people were in nearby restaurants walking along the streets attending christmas in the park.
