It happened in the usually peaceful city of lahore, near the indian border. The blast took place near the childrens rides early in the evening. Tonight the white house is calling the attack appalling. A Splinter Group of the Pakistani Taliban claimed responsibility. And Danielle Nottingham has the latest. Reporter the explosion reporter a blast ripped through the city park. The explosion happened near these rides, most of the dead were women and children.
