The project will have two and three bedroom units and other amenities including open space play areas a child care facility and indoor and outdoor common areas for events. Overall i believe the project is thoughtful and includes many of the elements and that the community is able to see if two acre park that will be central to the project and pedestrian walkways and bike lanes connecting the neighborhoods to ocean avenue corridor. Complimentary design to reflect the existing neighborhoods and to promote existing businesses and with the commercial district and we are work on fine details of the neighborhood and Community Stakeholders to improve the project further and to have clarity. Balboa reservoir project. If we look at what the current status quo is swr have a massive parking lot across from a mini mart. Be spent years coming up with a proposed solution that would have over a thousand homes, half of which will affordable and subsidized. If you look at where these people may be currently living some of them may be crouc may cd make a life here. I strongly support this project.
