FAYETTEVILLE The first phase of a planned development on wooded land on the northeast side of town got the green light from the Planning Commission on Monday.
A request to allow a wider variety of land uses at the 112 Drive-In site passed the Planning Commission on Monday and will go to the City Council for final consideration.
Initial plans for wooded land at the end of Rolling Hills Drive would bring a row of connected townhomes along Old Missouri Road and some small-scale commercial uses at the corner.
