Brilla Coffee brews up new store in Holden

Danielle Ray Special to The Landmark HOLDEN The owners of Brilla Coffee began a new and exciting chapter recently, opening a brick-and-mortar store at 697 Main St. “Our customers continued asking for a storefront, so one day driving through Main Street, we saw a for lease sign at this perfect location and we had to have it,” said Alexis Vallejos, who owns and operates the business along with his wife, Osiris Vallejos. Buzz around the new shop has been strong since they opened the doors Feb. 13. “It was so exciting to finally see our store open after several months of planning,” Alexis Vallejos said. “The customers and community have been excellent. They have been so supportive and make us feel very welcomed.”
