Authorities published new teaching materials for use in primary and secondary school English classes in run up to National Security Education Day earlier this week.
Three suspects are in custody and a fourth is at large following a theft from a business in Dauphin, Man., RCMP say. Police say the the fourth suspect may be heading to Ontario.
