Striker Jordan Rhodes returned home from hospital late last night after being stretchered off in the Club Colours Suffolk Premier Cup semi-final victory at Ipswich Wanderers. The 17-year-old, whose injury caused the game to be held up for 10 minutes, was given the all-clear but won t be involved for the U18s this weekend.
Town will face Manchester United s U15s in a friendly at Portman Road on Friday, 27th April (KO 7.30pm). It is the second year the Blues have played an academy side sent by the Premiership leaders on the main pitch.
