New CCTV cameras will be deployed at crime hot spots across a town following an agreement between two councils.
Kidsgrove Town Council will spend £15,000 on the six cameras, which will be monitored by Stoke-on-Trent City Council s CCTV centre.
The town council has been aiming to install cameras in response to growing public concerns over anti-social behaviour in areas such as Clough Hall Park.
