budget. that s we have a 1.5 trillion deficit. nobody ever wants cutbacks. for example, i think we can t have obama care, once you give out the benefits to 30 million americans, it will be impossible to take them away. there s no question there s a lot of political risk. i agree with the republican plan of saying, we ve got to cut the benefits. let me throw the gauntlet to the three of you. the democrats for the last several months as you know have been saying, you can t cut domestic discretionary programs. paul ryan has come up with a plan to make deep cuts in the medicare and medicaid programs. i don t agree with everything in his plan but i give him credit for doing that. what i m not hearing is from the democrats, what they want to do to get the programs under control. by the way, why does warren buffett need medicare? maybe i m going to engage class war fair, why do we have to give
