We have the most talented agency staff in the industry. We have a tenacious and harddriving mayor who i know will make a great partner. We also have a progressive board of supervisors ready to ask the tough questions. I am ready to serve all of them. I dont have a 30 or 100day plan. My first task is to listen carefully to staff. We do have the most incredible assembly of talent of any city in the country. I trust their professional expertise. It is my job first to listen and then secondly, and more importantly, to remove obstacles so that they can do their good and productive work. I do not know all of the answers yet.
