On Mar. 11, South Korean news outlet Ilgan Sports released a report stating that several members of IZ ONE and their respective agencies are in discussions concerning the possibility of debuting in a unit or project group once IZ ONE disband in April.

According to an insider, several IZ ONE members are positively considering this possibility, as many members and their respective agencies are regretful that IZ ONE activities as a whole group are going to conclude soon.

ABOUT KCON
KCON is a major convention to celebrate Korean pop culture and entertainment and has been held in numerous countries all over the world including the United States, Japan, Australia, Mexico, and France. The event is conducted every year since 2012, with the first show taking place in Southern California. Due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, CJ ENM held online versions of the event called KCON:TACT.
Two digital renditions already took place last year, one in summer (from June 20 to 26) and the other one was in fall (from Oct. 16 to 25). And now, KCON:TACT 3 is set to be held from March 20 to 28.

According to a report by Osen, the Seoul Central District Court decided that both Kim Kwang Soo, the founder of MBK Entertainment, and Park Kyu Heon, PocketDol Studio s CEO, would be fined 10 million Korean won, which is roughly $9,071.24 USD. There were each fined due to their involvement in the vote-rigging scandal for the first season of Produce 101 and were both charges for obstruction of business. PocketDol Studio is a joint company established by MBK Entertainment and Interpark.
BLACKPINK and BTS Named as among CJ ENM s Top 10 Visionaries
In December last year, CJ ENM selected 10 icons who led to changes and innovations in the entertainment industry, called the Visionary for artists and creators who have worked in all fields of Korean pop culture, including broadcasting, movies, music, and performances.
The 10 Visionaries members include writer Kim Eun Hee, producer Kim Tae Ho, writer Park Ji Eun, K-pop male group BTS, film director Bong Joon Ho, K-pop female group BLACKPINK, K-pop icon-actor Rain, actor Song Kang Ho, producer Shin Won Ho, and broadcaster Yoo Jae Suk.
tvN s Visionaries is an anthology shortform documentary that focused on 10 non-journalists and is produced for about five minutes for each artist. Starting today, Jan. 18 to 22, two episodes will be broadcasted each day.
