That woman was taken to the Medical Center with nonlifethreatening injuries. Police were on scene. This all happened just after 9 00 this evening. Now within the last 20 minutes or so a tow truck pulled in to take the car out at the apartment complex and ninth street was reopened to traffic. We have learned that the woman is 27 years old.
