The Wisconsin Department of Justice (DOJ) Division of Criminal Investigation (DCI) is looking into an officer-involved death that took place in Beloit, Wisconsin on Saturday, March 16, 2024.During the incident, Sergeant Lewis, a law enforcement officer with 15 years of service, fired his weapon, striking the suspect, Ray Castro, who was later pronounced deceased at a local hospital.
