According to Order 20-138, presented on Tuesday in the final official meeting of 2020, this fund would aim to provide relief to some businesses through an application process up to the amount of $2,500. Richmond City Manager Rob Minerich introduced the document and stated this was the fruition of a conversation between Sharon Cain, the city’s finance director, and Tyler Johnson, the community development coordinator. “.
