The president of United States and first lady made a visit to hospital a short time ago, to and i believe we have pictures of them visiting medstar National Hospital in washington. The hospital released a statement just a short moment ago. A status report on the congressmans condition. Heres what it says, and we are quoting the medstar National Hospital. Congressman Steve Scalise sustained a single rifle shot to the left hip. The bullet traveled across his pelvis. He b underwent immediate surgery and additional procedure to stop the bleeding. He received multiple units of blood transfusion. His condition is critical, and he will require additional operations.
