Howard Millis, 68, of Plankinton, SD, formerly of Sioux Falls, made his final jump to the ultimate carnival location in Heaven Monday, September 5, 2022, the same day his father died 35 years earlier. He passed after losing his fight with Heptocellular Carcinoma (Liver cancer which had spread to his bones) at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be 11:30 AM Friday, September 16, at New Home Lutheran Church in Mitchell. Howard will be buried in Elgin, IL at a later date. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-7:00 PM at Bittner Funeral Chapel.
