Circuit Judge Tesha Scolaro Ballou sentenced 31-year-old Courtney Gibson to 30 years in state prison after she entered a plea of guilty to Second-Degree Murder, and Tampering with Evidence, in connection to the death of 36-year-old Anna Primavere in Titusville.
Circuit Judge Tesha Scolaro Ballou sentenced 25-year-old Anthony Keyes-Walls to 14 years in state prison on Wednesday after a Brevard County Jury convicted him on March 24, 2023, for DUI Manslaughter, DUI Serious Bodily Injury, DUI Vehicle Property Damage or Injury, and Reckless Driving, stemming from a crash that killed motorcyclist Ralph Napoli, 64, in 2019.
The State filed a Notice of Intent to Seek the Death Penalty for 36-year-old Domenico Gigante for each of the First-Degree Premeditated Murders of 63-year-old Glenda Terwilliger, 35-year-old Constance Terwilliger, 15-year-old Kiarra Terwilliger and 36-year-old Michael Watson on March 1, 2023.
