Reporter jessica, that suspect was picked up at a homeless shelter this afternoon and brought here to special victims unit where he was questioned for several hours. Tonight police have charged 29yearold brandon menley with rape, robbery attempted murder and a slew of other charges. A rape and robbery suspect now in police custody. 36 hours after police say his vicious attack on a Business Owner was caught on tape. She was attacked. Police say until then, they didnt notice a small piece of headlight lens was missing. Fortunately when we recovered the car the piece of the headlight that fell off fit perfectly into the car.
