While more area skiers have tucked away their equipment for a couple of months (this is Maine, remember?) members of the Mt. Gile Teenage Ski Club are still skiing at the East Auburn slopes. Sunday club members opened up the skiing facilities and enjoyed a full day on the slopes under bright sunshine. There is still plenty of snow cover on the mountain. The previous weekend ski club members made their annual ski trip; this year to Saddleback Mountain in Rangeley. Attending the excursion with ski club advisors, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Davenport, were Patty Saucier, Cindy Spooner, Patty Duperery, Maida Schlick, Peter Records, Bobby Thayer, Mike Duperey, Scott Records and David St. Hilaire.
