Staff Writer ELKINS The Randolph County Office of Emergency Management is asking citizens to make sure that each of their properties, whether a residence or business, properly display the numbers of its assigned 911 address. “It’s up to the owner of homes and businesses, or occupants if they are renting, to put three- to four-inch reflective numbers that are visible from the road on their property,” said Cindy Hart, director of Randolph County OEM. “This is so that if emergency responders need to come to your home or business, they will be able to locate where the problem is at.”
