The unmanned rosetta spacecraft reached the comet in august after a tenyear chase. Scientists finally gave the goahead for tit to land. Well have more a little later on in the broadcast. This morning that early midwinterlike storm is blanketing much of the country in an unseasonable cold and sometimes miand the misery is helded east. The temperature is expected to be in denver just 10 degrees. The slick condition caused dozens of car accidents. In some parts of texas in oklahoma, lows are expected to fall in the teens today. And generally in the single digits, but by 6 00 p. M. The windchills will go back in to the teens. Two below at dulles as it will be broken tonight. I think that is in jeopardy too. So lets look ahead for a minute. Friday morning the windchills are 10 below to five below as the clouds are return on friday night, but stays dry. So if you have plans it is okay.
