Canton man sentenced to prison for fatal traffic crash Mice R. Alexander CANTON – A Canton man behind a deadly September traffic crash has been sentenced to up to 13 years in prison. Mice R. Alexander’s defense and county prosecutors reached a plea agreement calling for him to serve an indefinite term of nine to 13 1/2 years in prison. Stark County Common Pleas Judge Chryssa Hartnett also gave Alexander a lifetime license suspension. According to court records, Alexander was driving a Ford Escape on Sept 18 under the influence of alcohol and without a license when he ran a red light, crashing into a vehicle and killing To’nia Davis, 20.
