The new deal calls for a 9. 5 pay raise over three years and healthcare premium, 120 a month. They service about 200,000 daily riders. Tonight the president of the union says she is thankful service was not disrupted. They had rejected two deals in the past. We think its a very good agreement and we are glad our members agreed and ratified this contract. It is a big relief to insure they are secure and our riding public will continue to get the service they deserve. Reporter an ac transit spokesperson says it is happy they have reached a deal. When that order is broken, a grieving grandmother is left with only pictures and memories to hold. This was the accident scene new years eve. A young mother with her infant son and sister were hit. 19yearold ashley died. Her 3monthold son, salvador is in critical condition, fighting for her his life. Antoinette rodriguez says there was an argument, and ashley got out of the car. I dont want to say it was her time. I dont believe it was. I just dont.
