Delhi court grants bail to accused in oxygen concentrator hoarding case ANI | Updated: May 13, 2021 19:41 IST New Delhi [India], May 13 (ANI): A Delhi Court on Thursday granted bail to accused Hitesh Kumar in connection with a case relating to the alleged hoarding of oxygen concentrators in a South Delhi restaurant. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Arun Kumar Garg asked Kumar to furnish a personal bond and surety bond of Rs 50,000. The court also imposed conditions that Kumar shall not directly or indirectly try to influence the witnesses and shall not in any manner temper with the evidence. It also said then accused shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Chief metropolitan magistrate Arun Kumar Garg was hearing the bail applications filed by Khanna and other arrested Gaurav Suri, Satish Sethi, Vikrant and Hitesh Kumar. “You came out with an order on May 7 that one cannot sell (Covid-19 equipment) above the MRP but the FIR in this case is on May 5. While granting bail to the four accused, the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Arun Kumar Garg asked them to furnish a personal bond and surety bond of Rs 50,000. Other than Khanna, the three accused in the case Gaurav Suri, Satish Sethi, Vikrant were granted bail by the magistrate Court.
