Welcome back. Im so glad welcome everyone to our first panel for this conference. And what we are going to do with first panel is lay out the broader themes at the moment where we are at an influction point in the global order and how china is going about achieving those goals and what we think the likelihood that china will achieve those goals what would the success be.
