Frigid temperatures driven by high winds cause water pipes to burst at schools across the province this weekend but crews have been able to clean up the mess after half dozen schools closed Monday as a result.
Friday is a snow day for students in New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island as a winter storm brings a mix of snow, wind, freezing rain and rain to the region.
