FROM WORKING FROM HOME OR EDUCATION OR ATTENDING COLLEGE OR TELEMEDICINE, IT’S A GAME CHANGER FOR THIS TOWN. WE WILL GO THROUGH THE BONDING PROCESS IN JULY. THE PROCESS STARTS NOW BECAUSE YET TO GET APPLICATIONS AND BY THE END OF APRIL. KRISTEN: THE TOWN OF PELHAM APPROVED AN UPDATE FOR BUILDING SYSTEMS. IT WAS A REAL STRUGGLE THIS YEAR WITH COVID, ALMOST KEPT US FROM REOPENING. WE WERE BESIDE OURSELVES THRILLED THAT THE COUNT THAT THE TOWN DECIDED T
