A ZIMBABWE Election Support Network (Zesn) report on the December 9 by-elections has claimed that the ruling Zanu-PF party intimidated voters and used vote-buyi.

BINGA: A local man, who was married to two women, reportedly sobbed uncontrollably before he committed suicide by drinking poison after discovering that his second wife was involved an extra marital affair.
Aleck Muleya (31) of Simatelele under Chief Siachilaba area was found dead with a bottle containing some poisonous liquid by his side near his mother’s homestead.
The incident, which happened last week Wednesday, has been confirmed by the police, who have since ferried the body to Bulawayo for a post-mortem.

However, according to the police, Muleya was married to Selina Mudenda and Perfect Munkuli.
Zimbabwe– In a tragic development, a 50-year-old Binga woman allegedly struck her live-in boyfriend once on the back of his head with an axe accusing him of leaving her alone at home as he went for a beer drink.
Saria Munkombwe (50) of Siawara village under Chief Siachilaba was arrested after she fatally axed her boyfriend Gilbert Mumpande in a fit of rage.
According to reports, Munkombwe pleaded not guilty to attempted murder when she appeared before Hwange regional magistrate Collet Ncube.
She was remanded out of custody on her own cognisance to April 24 for continuation of trial.
It is in the Stateâs cases that Munkombwe and Mumpande fell in love sometime in March last year and came up with a weekly roaster whereby they would rotate visiting each otherâs home since they stayed in two different villages.
