Lux Speed is providing high-speed internet access to the mixed-use development’s apartments. Construction has begun on Stonebridge Associates’ Oakville, an Alexandria, Va., project that will feature hundreds of new apartment units, dozens of luxury townhouses and tens of thousands of square feet of retail space, along with a new Inova Medical and Emergency facility.
