Were standing close to where the end of water rushing down where it settles is here at the intersection of 355 and cedar lane. You can see all of the debris, mudd, the gravel and rocks that have been pushed from the site of the breakdown to the intersection. The site of the break is actually further up wisconsin avenue not wisconsin avenue, well, yeah, 355 Rockville Pike.
