PRESIDENT Paula-Mae Weekes and her 92-year-old mother Phyllis Weekes have reported no side effects the day after receiving their first doses of the covid19 vaccine at the Diego Martin Health Centre.
Weekes communications adviser Cheryl Lala issued a media release from the President s Office on Wednesday, saying, Her Excellency is happy to report that both she, with her pre-diabetic status, and her mother, with several co-morbidities, are doing fine and have experienced absolutely no side effects.
