We have been watching the storm and we are seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. This was overflowing and they issued a Flood Warning in petaluma. Livermore at interstate 580 is a tough commute. If you can just imagine what the rain is doing here. The main front is passing through and were starting to see some clearing. This flood watches in effect for the next 15 minutes periods. This is a pretty slow moving system and i do not believe that it will be going anywhere anytime soon. The heaviest rain will be with us for the next few hours.
