Community members from Bluffton, Cory-Rawson schools and beyond gathered to honor the life of fallen officer Dominic Francis and reflect on the many ways he served.
A child was shot on Airport Highway in south Toledo Friday and transported from the scene with life-threatening injuries, according to Toledo Fire & Rescue.
