Charlotte Center City Partners on Friday released details for this year’s Charlotte SHOUT! The multi-week festival will return to uptown Mar. 31-Apr. 16.
Charlotte SHOUT! is a two-week festival featuring local musicians, entertainers, artists, public art installations, fooderies and more. The event, which is from April 1 to April 17, is mostly taking place around uptown Charlotte.
