town is pretty killer the impressive. freiburg biggest landmark is the cathedral here the beauties in the detail take these cargos if you look closely at your realize that each of them is unique. as you stroll through the city and you ll see little channels called a ship they can be found along many of freiburg streets during the winter months they re empty but in summer they re full of water. those have been around since the middle ages and they stretch out over more than 15 kilometers back in the day they were used to assure water supply but now days they ve become more of a tourist attraction and a pretty dangerous one legend has it that whoever steps into them will have to marry a freiburg or so be careful. freiburg is germany southernmost city and the perfect starting point for a trip to the black forest. during the winter months the region s biggest drop is of course the snow i m a huge winter sports fan and i m going to do my very best to try everything the black fores
I was driving over the Woodrow Wilson bridge. You want to step on it. Its not that deep. Its been a long week, sarah and jim. Unfortunately we got a long weekend in store when it comes to the brutal cold. It is in the forecast about all weekend. Unfortunately even the smallests trips require immense around of sweaters. Theres windchill warning along the ridge top of the mountains where it will feel like its on the order of ten below here and a possible 20 below as you get out to extreme western maryland, portions of West Virginia where youre in the mountains there. Temperatures right now as we begin our friday night, 18 in washington, 12 in gaithersburg, 15 out of dulles, 14 in winchester, and weve had the to be breezy through tonight.
