Its my pleasure to welcome you all this morning to the second Congressional District hosted by the Kurdish Regional chamber of congress. In recognition of the importance of events like this to our democracy, we thought it appropriate to take a moment to recite the pledge of allegiance. Please join me. [ reciting pledge] thank you. Our student leaders and employees have been working hard this year and both colleges earn gold standing in the all in democracy challenge sponsored by the Nonpartisan Group situation.
