Coeur d'Alene updates in-person learning, quarantine practices

On Wednesday, the Coeur d Alene School Board voted to return secondary students to in-class learning four days a week beginning Feb. 1 and to update its quarantine policy on Feb. 15 based on guidelines from the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare and Idaho State Board of Education.
