Central Utah Food Bank Exceeds Food Drive Goal
The Central Utah Food Bank exceeded their goal in their most recent food drive held the weekend of Mar. 19-20.
For central Utah, the goal was to collect 35,000 pounds of food. That goal was far exceeded with Sevier County alone donating 31,000 pounds, and in total just under 56,500 pounds of food was donated. The week that the drive was held, Bonnie Stewart shared that she would buzz her hair and dye it florescent orange if the goal was met. She shared on Apr. 8 that she is planning on following through with that promise.
